How These Boards Work
Share your thoughts via email on a particular subject and we will post it to the appropriate Board. Specific instructions here. We do read and evaluate each submission to ensure that comments are both coherent and edifying to the readership. Commentary critical of us or this ministry are read, evaluated, and cataloged, but typically not posted.
The Comment Boards at withChrist.org do not function as a typical discussion forum. Interactive forums can be of value; however, they consume an extraordinary amount of administrative oversight (time) and wisdom (judgment) to run properly. Often, forums suffer from lack of leadership on the part of administrators, moderators, and less-than-civil behavior from participants. Over the past ten years, we have observed that most forums are slow to enforce protocol--if at all; lack adequate spine in dealing with verbal abuse, hidden agendas, or those promoting clear-cut heresy, and often fail to find equity when applying standards.
Therefore, we made a conscious decision to establish these Comment Boards rather than a discussion forum.
