Dispensationalism

I believe and have observed (especially with new believers and those who tend to take the Bible for what is says; not reading into it) in my Christian life and walk that anyone who reads the Bible in a consistent, normal, plain, literal way (not ruling out figures of speech) will eventually tend to see Scripture from a Dispensational viewpoint. One does not need the system of Dispensationalism in hand first, to read something into the Bible as Dr. Gordon Fee accused Dispensationalist of in a recent video entitled: "Millennial Madness."

I did not become a Dispensationalist first and then interpreted the Bible as such. My dedicated consistant usage of a plain, normal, literal Hermenutic (not reading into the Scriptures something that isn't there) eventually lead me to become, what some would call or label a Dispensationalist.  If this is what a Dispensationalist is, then I for one, will readily accept the title with great joy! Any System of Theology that exalts the Scriptures over and above that of the wisdom and traditions of of men and the Church cannot help but to be Biblical. As the great reformer M. Luther once said, "...here I stand. I can do no other."
